ConnectWise, Veeam, Acronis, CoreView, usecure, DNSFilter, Delinea, Netwrix, Zirilio, Devicie, Senserva with a minimum spend of $1,000 AUD.


Eligible Security Assessments include:

Crayon Cloud Security Assessment, Azure Risk Mitigation Assessment, Penetration Testing as a Service and Managed SOC, Web and API Vulnerability Scanning with a minimum spend of $4000 AUD.

    Terms and Conditions: 

    Promotion: Partners will be eligible for up to $5000 AUD cashback when activating and transacting at a minimum additional spend with an eligible cybersecurity vendor or first eligible Security Assessment by the 12th December 2025.

    The Promotion commences on 1st July 2025 and is valid until 12th December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

    Eligible Cybersecurity vendors include: ConnectWise, Veeam, Acronis, CoreView, usecure, DNSFilter, Delinea, Netwrix, Zirilio, Devicie, Senserva.
    Eligible Security Assessments include: Crayon Cloud Security Assessment, Azure Risk Mitigation Assessment, Penetration Testing as a Service and Managed SOC, Web and API Vulnerability Scanning with a minimum spend of $4000 AUD.

    1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be a new partner, a returning partner or an existing partner of the following rhipe or Crayon entities in Australia or New Zealand. (“Eligible Partners”).
    • rhipe Australia Pty Ltd; Crayon Australia Pty Ltd; rhipe New Zealand Ltd; Crayon New Zealand Ltd
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Australia or New Zealand (ANZ) Partners must:
    a) Transact with an eligible cybersecurity vendor program before the 12th December 2025 and spend a minimum of $1000 AUD for a minimum of two months (“Eligible Partners”).
    b) Partners increase spend by a minimum of $1000 AUD for two months consecutively with the eligible vendor program.
    c) Increase spend on an annual plan that averages to more than $1000 per month with a new eligible vendor program.
    OR
    d) Partners transact minimum of $1000 AUD for two months consecutively with a new eligible vendor program.
    e) Transact a new annual plan that averages to more than $1000 per month with a new eligible vendor program.

    3. This offer is only eligible for subscriptions of: ConnectWise, Veeam, Acronis, CoreView, usecure, DNSFilter, Delinea, Netwrix, Zirilio, Devicie, Senserva. with a current monthly spend of less than $1000 OR Crayon Cloud Security Assessment, Azure Risk Mitigation Assessment, Penetration Testing as a Service and Managed SOC, Web and API Vulnerability Scanning with a minimum spend of $4000 AUD.

    4. This Incentive is capped at AUD $30,000 in total and will be paid on a first come first serve basis. Eligible Partners will be notified when this cap is reached.

    5. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

    6. All monetary values are in AUD and will be paid out in equivalent local currency - Australian Dollar (AUD) or New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

    7. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note. All eligible participants will receive their account credit notes within 60 days from the end of the promotion period.

    8. Crayon and/or rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

    9. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

    10. Partners must not:
    • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
    • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe and/or Crayon or its Affiliates;
    • breach any laws; or
    • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    11. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe and/or Crayon or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s or Crayon's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

    12. Crayon and/or rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon and rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Notice / Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/ and https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.

    13. rhipe and/or Crayon may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond rhipe’s or Crayon’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe and/or Crayon may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
