Terms and Conditions
Eligible Partner Sales Representatives can earn up to $750 of Visa Gift Cards per customer sale for eligible Crayon Cybersecurity Services and Solutions (“Promotion”).

The Promotion commences on 1st July 2025 and is valid until 12th December 2025. (“Promotion Period”).

1. To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Partner Sales Representative must be employed by an existing partner of the following rhipe or Crayon entities in Australia or New Zealand.
• rhipe Australia Pty Ltd; Crayon Australia Pty Ltd; rhipe New Zealand Ltd; Crayon New Zealand Ltd
(“Eligible Partner Sales Representative”).
2. To qualify for the Promotion Eligible Partner Sales Representatives must:
a) Register a deal with an Eligible Cybersecurity Vendor program before the 12th December 2025 and with a minimum annualised value of $5,000 AUD
OR
b) Register a deal for an Eligible Security Assessment service of more than $4000 AUD before the 12th December.
The deal must be billed between the 1st July 2025 and 12th December 2025 and verified by an authorised Crayon staff member to qualify for the promotion.
Eligible Cybersecurity Vendor deals means Automox, Airlock, Trend Micro, AvePoint with a minimum annualised spend of $5,000 AUD
Eligible Security Assessment deals means Essential Eight Assessment with a minimum spend of $4000 AUD

3. This Incentive is capped at AUD $20,000 in total and will be paid on a first come first serve basis. Eligible Partner Sales Representatives will be notified when this cap is reached.

4. Eligible Purchases must be billed prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

5. All monetary values are in AUD and will be paid out in equivalent local currency - Australian Dollar (AUD) or New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

6. Cashback will be received by the Eligible Partner Sales Representative in the form of a Visa Gift Card. Eligible Partner Sales Representatives will receive their Visa Gift Cards on a bi-monthly basis commencing from the beginning of the Promotion Period.

7. Crayon and/or rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

8. Eligible Partner Sales Representative acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

9. Eligible Partner Sales Representative must not:

• engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
• do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe and/or Crayon or its Affiliates;
• breach any laws; or
• behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe and/or Crayon or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s or Crayon's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Partner Sales Representative.

11. Crayon and/or rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon and rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Notice / Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/ and https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.

12. rhipe and/or Crayon may, at any time, request from Eligible Partner Sales Representative, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond rhipe’s or Crayon’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe and/or Crayon may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
