Terms and Conditions
This Promotion commences on 1st January 2025 and is valid until 30th June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an actively transacting Microsoft CSP partner of the following rhipe or Crayon entities in Malaysia (“Eligible Partners”):
- Rhipe Malaysia Sdn Bhd ; Crayon Software Experts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
2. All monetary values are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
3. Eligible Partners that meet minimum monthly consumption per new tenant (a quarter) during promotion period (“Eligible Purchase”) may receive cashback incentive ("Incentive”) as stated below:

- Minimum monthly consumption is excluding SST.
- The Total incentive is capped at MYR10,000 (“Total Incentive”) per partner.
- Applicable to net new tenants to Crayon / Rhipe CSP.
- New tenants must meet consecutive 3 months consumptions as a minimum requirement, for eligible partners to be entitled for this incentive program.
- Eligible partners must register the opportunities at the form on this page and work with KAM/BDM/SS on net new tenant creation in the portal.
4. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note in their account within 60 days from the end of the Promotion Period, subject to the Partner being in good financial standing with rhipe/Crayon (i.e. there are no overdue invoices).
5. rhipe and/or Crayon reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
6. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
7. Partners must not:
- engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe, Crayon and/or their Affiliates;
- breach any laws; or
- behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
8. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe, Crayon, or any of rhipe/Crayon’s respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, including those arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under rhipe’s or Crayon’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (d) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
9. rhipe and/or Crayon may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond rhipe’s or Crayon’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe and/or Crayon may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
10. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Microsoft offer from rhipe or Crayon.
