These fields are required:

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    1. The Promotion commences on 1 July 2025 and is valid until 30th Sep 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an actively transacting Microsoft CSP partner of the following rhipe or Crayon entities in Malaysia (“Eligible Partners”):

      • Rhipe Malaysia Sdn Bhd ; Crayon Software Experts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

    3. All monetary values are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

    4. Eligible Partners may receive RM600 upon qualified deal registration subject to additional criteria below:

      • The deal registration must be a net new to Crayon with minimum consumption of USD1,000 per month, totaling USD12,000 annually.
      • Only Azure Plan Subscription PAYG is eligible; Reservation Instances are excluded.
      • Partners need to submit the deal registrations in the deal registration form
      • Deals registered needs to be qualified by Crayon Account Managers.
      • This campaign can be stacked with other Azure Crayon Incentives, except for Azure Dark to Cloud Migration.
      • Crayon reserves the right to decide on the gifts.

    5. rhipe and/or Crayon reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

    6. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

    7. Partners must not:

      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe, Crayon and/or their Affiliates;
      • breach any laws; or
      • rhipe and/or Crayon will verify and validate POE documents within 7 working days.
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    8. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe, Crayon, or any of rhipe/Crayon’s respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, including those arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under rhipe’s or Crayon’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (d) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

    9. rhipe and/or Crayon may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond rhipe’s or Crayon’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe and/or Crayon may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

    10. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Microsoft offer from rhipe or Crayon.
