By popular demand, the Crayon Certs4Xperts program is back!

Starting January 1, 2026, Certs4Xperts is a proven way to take your in-house Microsoft skills certifications from Fundamentals to Intermediate, Advanced and Technical – for free. That’s $0, nothing, nada.

Choose your certification path to complement technical roles and requirements. Take the courses, sit the exams, and earn globally recognised industry certifications – courtesy of Crayon.

The participating Partners who successfully pass eligible Microsoft certification exams within the program period will have their full exam fee reimbursed.

    To access the complete list of Microsoft Certifications eligible under the current program, visit – Microsoft Certifications for AUS or NZ. All certifications and subsequent exams listed on the Microsoft Certifications sites for AUS or NZ are entitled to reimbursement of exam cost on the successful completion of the certification exam no later than December 31, 2026.     How does it work?

    For the successful reimbursement of the exam cost, please ensure:

    • Partner must submit a copy of Microsoft certification of completion and invoice via email to [email protected] within 3 months of signing up. 

    • The certification must be booked, completed and successfully passed between January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

    • Any proof falling outside the program date will be considered null and void. 

    • Only two reimbursements are applicable per individual.

    • Practice or mock tests will not be reimbursable.

    *Terms and Conditions

    Crayon Microsoft CSP Partners may be eligible to receive a reimbursement by signing up and completing Microsoft Certifications (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

        1. The Promotion commences on 1 January 2026 and is valid until 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

        2. The Promotion applies only to transacting Crayon Microsoft CSP Partners in Australia and New Zealand.

        3. The Promotion is capped at 100 certifications and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

        4. Partners must book, complete, and pass their exam, then submit their Certificate of Completion and invoice to Crayon within three (3) months of signing up to be eligible for reimbursement. 

        5. Eligible Partners may be reimbursed for a maximum two (2) Certificate of Completion submissions and a maximum of $350 per reimbursement, within the Promotion Period. 

        6. Eligible Partners will receive reimbursement in the form of credit notes issued within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, provided all required Proof of Execution has been submitted and all Crayon invoices are paid. 

        7. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD) for Australian Partners and New Zealand Dollar (NZD) for New Zealand Partners.

        8. Partners may submit additional registrations during the Promotion Period, either to claim a second eligible certification or to re‑submit if an earlier claim was not eligible.

        9. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.

        10. Crayon reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

        11. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

        12. Partners must not:
          • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
          • do anything to diminish the reputation of crayon or its Affiliates;
          • breach any laws; or
          • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.

        13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Crayon or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a)any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crayon’s control);(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

        14. Crayon may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://apac.crayonchannel.com/about/privacy-policy/.

        15. Crayon may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Crayon’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, Crayon may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
