Terms and Conditions:
The Promotion commences on 19 August 2026 and is valid until 15 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners can be a new partner to Crayon, a returning partner to Crayon, or an existing Crayon partner in Thailand (“Eligible Partners”).
2. Eligible Partners who sell an eligible Azure Consumption can earn PHP 10,000 per deal, with bonus of +PHP 5,000 for three qualified unique tenants:
- Net new Alibaba Cloud tenant or net new workload
- Customer commits to a 12-month contract
- Minimum ₱300,000 cloud consumption
- Tenant remains active and paid for the first three (3) consecutive months
3. Each Eligible Partner may receive a maximum of PHP 50,000 under this Promotion. Eligible Partners may submit multiple purchase orders in accordance with the requirements to meet the total sales amount to receive the Total Incentive. Eligible Deal will be notified by marketing email once your deal has been verified and approved.
4. This Incentive is limited in quantity and will be paid on a first come first serve basis in Crayon’s absolute discretion, subject to availability.
5. When the cap is reached, Crayon will calculate the final amount based on Purchase Orders that are already registered only. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
6. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of MDF (marketing and sales development funds). Once approved and notified by Crayon, to claim cashback, the partner will be required to invoice Crayon with the allocated amount, unique purchase order and reference details, 30 days from notification. Any invoices not received within 30 days will be at risk of forfeiture.
7. Crayon (formerly rhipe) reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
8. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
9. Partners must not:
- engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- do anything to diminish the reputation of Crayon (formerly rhipe) or its Affiliates;
- breach any laws; or
- behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Crayon (formerly rhipe) or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crayon (formerly rhipe)’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
11. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon (formerly rhipe) will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/.
12. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Crayon (formerly rhipe) ’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, Crayon (formerly rhipe) may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
13. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Microsoft offer from Crayon.
