DocuSign Silver Success Pack and Business Pro Promotion

Terms & Conditions: 

Promotion: Eligible partners who are new to DocuSign can access internal use licenses at a special price outlined in the Terms and Conditions below (“Promotion”)

The Promotion commences on 20 August 2024 and is valid until 31 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing Crayon (formerly rhipe) partner in Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”) and have not previously sold DocuSign licensing.
2. Eligible Partners who submit their details via our contact form (“Eligible Purchase”) may receive a special price of AUD $1,950 (ex-GST) for 500 envelopes x DocuSign Business Pro Edition, subject to DocuSign approval. Price, once approved, includes Silver Success Pack (Bundled Support, Adoption Services and DocuSign University in one package) (“Total Incentive”).
3. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
   
4. For Eligible Partners in Australia, all monetary values are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For Eligible Partners in New Zealand, all monetary values are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
5. Once Partner has submitted the contact form you will be notified and provided instructions as to how to receive the Total Incentive.
6. Crayon (formerly rhipe) reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
7. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
8. Partners must not:
   • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
   • do anything to diminish the reputation of Crayon (formerly rhipe) or its Affiliates;
   • breach any laws; or
   • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate
9. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Crayon (formerly rhipe) or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way, including those arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crayon (formerly rhipe)'s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
10. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon (formerly rhipe) will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Notice / Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about/privacy-policy/.
11. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Crayon (formerly rhipe)’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, Crayon (formerly rhipe) may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

DocuSign 25% off RRP Promotion

Promotion: Eligible partners may access 25% off RRP on new business opportunities over 1,000 envelopes, outlined in the Terms and Conditions below (“Promotion”)

The Promotion commences on 20 August 2024 and is valid until 31 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing Crayon (formerly rhipe) partner in Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”).
2. Eligible Partners who submit their details via out contact form for new business opportunities with a minimum 5 seats of DocuSign Business Pro Edition or DocuSign Enterprise Pro Edition ("Eligible Purchase") may receive up to 25% off RRP ("Incentive"). The minimum of 5 seats applies to each customer opportunity.
3. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
