Nonprofit Paid SKUs offer: Eligible Partners who migrate or order a minimum of 10  seats of an eligible Microsoft Modern Work and Security Nonprofit SKUs (limited to M365 Business Standard and above), and Dynamics 365 Nonprofit SKUs on NCE annual commit term (“Eligible Purchase”) may earn a one-off cashback ("Incentive") subject to the following:

      • Subscriptions must be for net new tenants to Crayon (on annual commitment) 10 seats minimum of any eligible SKU. Order must be for the same tenant.
      • Total Eligible Partners earnings are capped at $2,200.
      • Eligible purchase excludes Microsoft 365 F1, F3 and add-on licenses.
      • Eligible purchases are those where the customer has not had any active Microsoft CSP seat-based subscription of the product with Crayon in the 3 months prior to purchase of the subscription.

    6. Azure offer: Eligible Partners who migrate or order a minimum usage of Microsoft Azure $200 per subscription and above (“Eligible Purchase”) may earn a one-off cashback ("Incentive") subject to the following:
      • Subscriptions must be for net new tenants to Crayon only.
      • A minimum consumption of $200 per subscription for the same tenant, with any eligible SKU to qualify for a 50% cashback on the first month’s consumption.
      • Minimum usage needs to be maintained for a mimimum of 3 months to be eligible for the incentive.
      • Total Eligible Partners earning are capped at $3,500.
      • Eligible purchase excludes Azure Reserve Instance, Azure Savings.
      • Participating in this incentive will make a partner ineligible for other Crayon Azure incentives, including but not limited to Azure Migration and Modernization and Azure Onboarding Funding Support.

      • Subscriptions must be for net new and/or converted NFP tenant/s to Crayon.
      • Total Eligible Partners earnings are capped at $300.
      • Eligible purchase excludes Microsoft 365 F1, F3 and add-on licenses.
      • Eligible purchases are those where the customer has not had any active Microsoft CSP NFP seat-based subscription.

    8. The Promotion will be paid on a first come first serve basis.

    9. Partners receiving incentives are ineligible for Microsoft CSP Peer-to-Peer (P2P) subscription transfers during this promotion. Any requests for CSP subscription transfers will be denied. If a transfer occurs, partners must refund any cashback received. For detail on Microsoft CSP P2P, refer to the Microsoft Learn documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/customers/transfer-new-commerce-license-based-subscriptions.

    10. For eligible Partners in Australia, all monetary values are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For eligible Partners in New Zealand, all monetary values are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

    11. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note. All eligible participants will receive their account credit notes within 60 days from the end of the promotion period.

    12. Crayon (formerly rhipe) reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

    13. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    14. Partners must not:
      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of Crayon (formerly rhipe) or its Affiliates;
      • breach any laws; or
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    15. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Crayon (formerly rhipe)  or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crayon (formerly rhipe)’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

    16. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon (formerly rhipe) will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about/privacy-policy/.

    17. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Crayon (formerly rhipe) ’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, Crayon (formerly rhipe)  may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
