Terms and Conditions
The Promotion commences on 18 Jan 2024 and is valid until 30 June 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
- To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an actively transacting Microsoft CSP partner of the following rhipe or Crayon entities in Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”):
- Eligible Partners who order a minimum number of seats of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 SKU (“Eligible Purchase”) may earn a one-off cashback ("Incentive") subject to the following:
- 10 seats minimum of eligible SKU. The seats can be across multiple customers, but only across the eligible SKU.
- Total Incentive per Eligible Partner is capped at $2,000.

- For Eligible Partners in Australia, all monetary values are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For Eligible Partners in New Zealand, all monetary values are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note in their account within 60 days from the end of the Promotion Period.
- rhipe and/or Crayon reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
- Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
- Partners must not:
- engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe and/or Crayon or its Affiliates;
- breach any laws; or
- behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe and/or Crayon or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, including those arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under rhipe’s or Crayon’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (d) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
- Crayon and/or rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon and rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Notice / Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/ and https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
- rhipe and/or Crayon may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond rhipe’s or Crayon’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe and/or Crayon may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other Microsoft offer from rhipe or Crayon.
