Project Information must be submitted via the registration form for eligibility check.
M365 and Avepoint licenses must be transacted through Rhipe/Crayon Malaysia and both licenses shall tally/work together as a single project.
Each partner is eligible for participation based on project approval.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Promotion commences on 1st May 2025 and is valid until 31st July 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners can be a new partner to Crayon (formerly rhipe), a returning partner to Crayon (formerly rhipe), or an existing Crayon (formerly rhipe) partner in Malaysia. (“Eligible Partners”).

3. All monetary values are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4. Eligible Partners who meet the minimum purchase requirement of Microsoft 365 (M365) licenses during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive a discount on AvePoint licenses, as outlined below:

6. rhipe and/or Crayon reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

7. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

8. Partners must not:

engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
breach any laws; or
behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.

9. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Crayon (formerly rhipe) or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way including those arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crayon (formerly rhipe) ’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

10. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. Crayon (formerly rhipe) will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/.

11. Crayon (formerly rhipe) may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Crayon (formerly rhipe) ’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, Crayon (formerly rhipe) may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
