TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

rhipe CSP Partners can leverage a TWO MONTH Wasabi Storage Trial (“Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

1. The Promotion commences on 10th February 2025 and is valid until 30th June 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be currently transacting the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (“CSP”) program through rhipe in Australia & New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”).
3. Eligible Partners must complete the trial sign up form.
4. Promotion inclusions:

• Maximum of  Two tenant accounts, referred to as Wasabi sub-accounts or console accounts.
• Each Wasabi sub-account has a maximum storage size of 1 TB.
• The trial starts from the day the first sub-account is created.
• The Promotion expires 60 days after the first Wasabi sub-account is created (“Trial Period”).

5. Crayon will send an expiry notification to partners 14 days prior to the end of the Trial Period via email.
6. Sub-accounts created during this Promotion, if used after the Trial Period expires , will be considered paid sub-accounts and will be billed by rhipe. In that case, Eligible Partners must successfully complete the Wasabi Pay As You Go program enrolment through the rhipe PRISM portal.
7. Eligible Partners who do not wish to continue using the trial sub-accounts after the Trial Period must respond to Crayon’s expiry notification email specified in Clause 9 with written confirmation to offboard from the Promotion. In such cases, the trial sub-account and any data stored within it will be permanently deleted after 7 days. Eligible Partners are required to download any data stored in the trial sub-accounts within 7 days following the conclusion of the Trial Period.
8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is limited to one Promotion per Partner
9. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD) in Australia & New Zealand Dollar (NZD) in New Zealand.
10. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
11. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.  
12. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions. 
13. Partners must not:  

• engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion; 
• do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;  
• breach any laws; or  
• behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.  

14. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its  respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way including those arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner. 
15. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/.
16. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly,  software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
