Get ready for exciting changes to the Zoom Up Partner Program, effective March 14, 2024. We’re revamping the program to better reward your commitment and provide you with more resources to succeed.

Zoom Up 2.0 is introducing three new levels – Silver, Gold and Platinum – to better match your investment and expertise. Existing partners automatically transition, and the path to higher levels in paved with opportunity. Higher Reward for Higher Program levels.

Note: Zoom Up automatically promotes partners upon achieving requirements. Compliance checks commence in August 2024, and meeting all criteria for your migrated level is key to retaining your new level.

Changes to Discount Structure
Zoom Up enhancement introduces a tiered, incremental compensation model, empowering you to lock greater rewards as you progress through the Zoom Up levels. Starting March 14, 2024, the partner discount for new and upsells will be reduced to 12.5% from the previous 15%.

  1. The new program switches to tiers, offering a maximum discount of 28%, but requires meeting criteria to reach higher levels - including maintaining a minimum MRR, Deal Reg, and demonstrating competencies. 
  2. Renewal rate will align with the discount rate of the original transaction, regardless of your Zoom Up level (unless there are upsells). Special discounts require further negotiation.
  3. Silver Level: accreditation is the only prerequisite after completing onboarding, followed by mandatory minimum MRR and deal registration after one year to maintain the level. 
 
Simplified Deal Registration model and policies

Zoom is transitioning from an Account Registration model to a Product Family Registration model, introducing the categorization of Zoom product lines into product families.

In this new model, you will receive the deal registration reward (and corresponding transaction-based incentives) for sourcing a qualified net new opportunity, which is defined as either:

  • a new customer to Zoom
  • a new product family to an existing Zoom customer

You'll be compensated even if Zoom is already aware of the opportunity through our Partner Assist program. Each deal submission will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Zoom team to reward validated participation in the deal.


Continued NFR Program
As Zoom continues to build the next generation NFR Program, designed to offer easier, more comprehensive access to the Zoom product suite for your internal use, demo, and labs, the Partner Use and Demo License (PUDL) Program will remain active.
