How Does It Work?
Step 1: Identify a new Azure opportunity for an end customer based in ANZ and sign up on the form.
Step 2: Submit an SOW detailing the project costs -Azure Consumption Revenue and timelines.
Step 3: *Get access to tiered funding based on the level of the project.

    AZURE ONBOARDING FUNDING SUPPORT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Promotion: [rhipe CSP Partners may be eligible for Azure Onboarding Funding Support] (“Promotion”)
    The Promotion commences on [02/01/2025] and is valid until [20/06/2025] (“Promotion Period”).

    1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe partner in Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”).
    2. Eligible Partners who meet the following criteria:
      • Complete an Azure Onboarding Funding Support Request Form available at https://golive.apac.crayon.com/azure-onboard-ANZ-2024.html ; and
      • Identify a net new Azure opportunity for an end customer via the Microsoft CSP program with rhipe with a minimum Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) of AUD 1000 and a maximum ACR of AUD 10,000 per month; and
      • Provide rhipe with a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the end customer project deliverables and clearly stating the ACR size; and
      • Ensure that there is an Azure tenant ID and Subscription ID provided to rhipe for the said net new Azure end client opportunity; and
      • Ensure that the Azure subscription lands into a normal production status (i.e. – more than 1 monthly billing cycle in Azure). (This is not a trial offer, and the Partner is not entitled to any compensation or monetary amount if the Azure subscription does not land into as normal production status.)
      • Be approved by rhipe to secure funding before 20th June 2025 or the end of the promotion period.
    (“Eligible Purchase”) may receive [an Incentive based on the first month ACR consumption as listed in the table below titled Azure Onboarding Funding Support - Tiers] (“Total Incentive”).

    3. The Total Incentive per Eligible Partner is capped at AUD 10,000 and the overall campaign is capped at AUD 80000.This Promotion will be paid on a first-come first-served basis; Eligible Partners will be notified when this campaign cap is reached.

    4. All Azure subscriptions and onboarding must be activated and completed within the financial quarter of the onboarding funding request.

    5. Eligible Partners may also qualify for one-off Basic or Advanced Fabric Accelerator payments depending on the type of Microsoft Fabric SKU you are including in your Azure project ACR.

    You want to onboard an Azure project for a proposed ACR of AUD 1000
    Total Cost of Project – AUD 1000

    Scenario 1: Project does not include any Fabric Workloads
    Unlock $1000 funding support from Crayon

    Scenario 2: Project includes Fabric Workloads (Basic Fabric Accelerator)
    Unlock $1000 funding support from Crayon + $500 for Basic Fabric workloads

    6. Payment will be via credit note applied to your invoice once the Eligible Partner meets criteria outlined above around Eligible Purchase, provided Azure subscriptions have not been removed or cancelled.

    7. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

    8. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

    9. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of MDF (marketing and sales development funds). Once approved and notified by rhipe, to claim cashback, partner will be required to invoice rhipe with the allocated amount, unique purchase order and reference details, 30 days from notification. Any invoices not received within 30 days will be at risk of forfeiture.

    10. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

    11. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

    12. Partners must not:

    a. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
    b. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
    c. breach any laws; or
    d. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.

    13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, including those arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

    14. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.

    15. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
